Australian film maker Missy Jubilee, and her genre redefining 250 film opus ‘The Future Sex Love Art Projekt’ has become Gemini’s first $US1m per year income generating property.
The project has been licensed in 48 countries and 5 international territories – and has become the world’s most watched, most awarded and most critically acclaimed erotic film project in history.
The project was purchased by the Cayman Island based Gemini Film Investors in 2020 for $USD5.2m. The project is believed to have a 20 year income generating window, with a projected 35% yearly revenue uplift, with total receipts expected to exceed $USD30m
